A Community Land Trust is a method of enabling local people to have ownership and control of local assets. Foundation East can facilitate Community Land Trust development by providing an appropriate legal vehicle, coupled with expertise and the ability to raise capital. Foundation East can hold land and property, in perpetuity, for the benefit of local people.
