Phil Rose joined Foundation East in 2010. He lives with his family in Cambridge and has worked in the property industry in the East of England for over 20 years.
Before joining Foundation East Phil ran his own land agency and development consultancy, advising housing associations and developers and working with community groups, planners and builders. This gave him a wealth of experience and contacts that are highly beneficial to CLT projects.
Phil’s interest in working on behalf of communities developed as a result of projects he helped on a voluntary basis and his professional knowledge has brought a useful perspective to a number of these.
