This Grade 2 listed building is next door Miles Ward Court and was purchased in December 2007. The building consisted of a shop and two flats. Foundation East submitted a bid for funding to renovate the building to create 2 affordable housing units and a retail unit to complement the workspace units available at Miles Ward Court. 100% funding for the project was obtained from East of England Development Agencies Building Communities Fund.

The property is owned and managed by the CLT on a similar basis to Miles Ward Court. The shop unit is let on flexible terms, and the flats are let to local people of Halesworth and surrounding area with preference given to key workers.
