Foundation East is working in partnership with
Housing Associations to provide loans to their tenants.
We can lend to individuals who are unable to borrow from the bank.
We will only lend an amount that you can afford to pay. Loan purpose will vary but may include loans for nursery fees,
rental deposits, debt consolidation, interview clothes, appliances or for money to tide you over until your first
pay cheque. Loans will be repayable on a fortnightly or monthly basis.

Havebury Housing Partnership tenants, please call Havebury on 08456 12385 to confirm that you are
claiming all the benefits you are entitled to.

Repayment
examples:
Borrow £500 for
one year (26.8% APR) repay £23.64 fortnightly or £47.28 monthly,
for a total repayment of £567.37.
Borrow £1500 for
two years (24.3% APR) repay £38.91 fortnightly or £77.82 monthly,
for a total repayment of £1867.55.
Please note: We will require proof of
your identity, proof of your address and evidence of your income to process your application.
To be considered for a loan you must have a current bank or building society
account in your own name. If you do not have an account we can help you to open
one with a local bank or building society who will also require proof of
identity.
